Q: What can I do if I want to delete my purchase and payment records?

A: Ironbear does not directly involve with your payment. When you purchase credits/Gems, you are involved with either Facebook, Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the channel you choose. So please seek for your chosen channel for help if you would like to modifiy or delete your payment records. Ironbear does not have the right to manage your records. 


Q: How can I purchase credits in game?

A:
1. Press the green button next to the credit box to purchase more credits.
2. Choose the package you would like to purchase.
3. Choose a payment option.
4. Proceed your payment.
After you make your purchase, the newly bought credits will be stored to your account in 5-10 minutes.


Q: How can I purchase Gems in game?

A: When you need Gems to unlock the bet amount or auto spins,
1. Press the item which you would like to unlock, and a message box will pop up to tell you how many Gems you need to unlock this item. Click on the ""Using"" icon.  
2. After clicking on the Use icon, a page with different package option will pop up if you do not have enough Gems to use.   
3. Choose a payment option.
4. Proceed your payment.
After you make your purchase, the newly bought Gems will be stored to your account in 5-10 minutes.



Q: I didn’t get what I bought after the purchase.

A: We would like to thank you first for supporting Ironbear! Please wait for 5-10 minutes after making purchase. If you didn’t receive what you have purchased after 10 minutes, please go to the game and report to Ironbear following the format below, so we can help you with your problem as soon as possible.

Q: How do I find out my Order Number?

A: Please go to the channel where you made the purchase.
If you used Google Play for the purchase, please go to Google Play→My Account for your purchase records.
If you used iOS for the purchase, please go to iTunes→Account Info→Purchase History.
